Objective:

As owners who care about the long-term success of their business, they are always looking for new ideas they can take home to their dealerships. At a gathering in Orlando, the NADA Volvo Group invited ThinkMagic to teach the dealers how to Think Like a Magician.

With just 20 people in a group, this was a perfect opportunity to create a hands-on experience for each of the members. We discussed the most important perception issues that relate to their business and gave them particular hands-on techniques they could take back to their sales and service departments.
