Objective:
GE Energy wanted two presentations for approximately 40 engineers and technical staff from around the globe. Trying to get this diverse group to communicate with each other was going to be a large challenge and ThinkMagic was up to the task.
The ThinkMagic team came up with two presentations specifically for them. We used an approach based on the secrets of Method and Effect. This presentation helps the audience understand that although their Methods are important, it's the Effect that counts. The next approach was on the Chemistry of Personalities which helps in understanding the needs of different personality types.
